Fund Control

  • Construction loan draws – 2 times per month
  • Owner review and approval prior to submittal
  • Obtain all lien releases #1 through #4
  • Obtain certificates of insurance from subcontractors
  • Payments to vendors and subcontractors
  • Cost control: Monitor actual cost to budget
